I was a bit unsure on using your company but I was pleasantly surprised that everything went off without a hitch. Flights, transfers, hotels were great.
Only thing: I found out on my own that we needed visas to enter into Australia. I happened to be searching on the Internet and found out we needed them before entering. That had not been mentioned when I booked and I would have been very upset if we were not allowed to enter the country. Fortunately I found out before we got there. Other then that the trip was a huge success and I would still recommend your company to others. (with the words that they check and make sure what they would need to enter into another country)
