Trip Summary
3 nights in Auckland

Auckland serves as a gateway to all of New Zealand and has something to offer for everyone. One of the world's most livable and beautiful cities, Auckland boasts a sunny, warm and temperate climate, great beaches, a beautiful harbor, fantastic shopping, a vibrant nightlife and a diverse population that creates a colorful blend of European, Polynesian, and Maori cultures.

Set on a field of ancient volcanos, Auckland is a stunning city where you are always just a half hour from exquisite beaches, hiking trails, breathtaking islands and a full range of outdoor activities.

3 nights in Rarotonga

Rarotonga is the most populous island in the Cook Islands and also one of the top tourist destinations. Cook Islands' Parliament buildings, as well as the international airport, are located on Rarotonga. The island is surrounded by a lagoon, which extends several hundred yards (meters) to the reef. The south-east part of the island is the most popular with tourists because it is suitable for swimming, snorkelling and boating. With its jagged peaks and deep valleys, fertile slopes and sparkling aquamarine lagoon, Rartonga comes pretty close to the archetype image of paradise.

Cook Islands

The Cook Islands is an Polynesian archipelago consisting of 15 islands located in the South Pacific Ocean. With the same time zone and latitude as Hawaii, the islands are sometimes thought of as "Hawaii down under,"but without all the large tourist hotels. The Cook Islands' have a vigorous culture with significant differences between each island. Each island has its unique qualities. Despite some 70,000 visitors a year to the capital island, Rarotonga, the Cooks are largely unspoiled by tourism. They offer a rare opportunity for those living in big cities to experience a different type of vacation.

New Zealand

Located in the South Pacific Ocean, off the southeast coast of Australia, New Zealand is made up of two spectacular islands. The North Island is well known for its beaches, islands, volcanoes, geothermal areas, and Maori heritage, while the major cities of Auckland and Wellington, are also exciting hubs of culture, cuisine and nightlife. The South Island is famous for its dramatic landscapes, outdoor activities, and astounding wildlife. The majestic Southern Alps stretch almost the length of the island, sheltering glaciers, alpine lakes, and some of the world's best skiing.
